Brian Cloney has for more than 20
years helped companies and their people to work better, smarter and
more profitably, through his mentoring, training and consulting
business based around a strong belief that PEOPLE, SYSTEMS &
COMMUNICATION are the cornerstones of a successful business.
Brian held a range of General
Management and Sales Management positions with National
Organisations prior to commencing his own business. He is
experienced in helping businesses meet new challenges while
assisting the current staff and management to service the company's
existing day to day needs.
A strong hands on approach to business
and an excellent communicator, Brian is able to take businesses,
families and employees through the processes of performance
improvement, professionalising management and generational change
without the major dramas sometimes anticipated prior to the process.
These are the qualities needed to
handle the people/systems and communication issues that are mostly
at the heart of most company problems.
The succession dilemma continually
appeared during Brian's business life and it became obvious that
businesses found it hard to find somebody to help in this process.
It's the human issues that cause most of the problem and
Brian's background ideally placed him to help people through the
minefield that is Succession Planning.
A certified trainer, and a Certified
Speaking Professional (CSP),the
highest international accreditation designated by the International
Federation of Professional Speakers
(IFPS) —
achieved by only 7 per cent of speakers world-wide,
and member of
the National Speakers Association of
Australia , Brian also has a strong business background.
