Brian's standard Terms and
Conditions follow. If you require further

Confirmation Deposit:
Each speaking Assignment (for
keynote, training seminar or special event) will be confirmed in
writing. Details of the presentation must be completed by the
client and returned to us with 50% non-refundable deposit.
Balance will be payable within 7 days of the date of the
assignment. |

|
|
Cancellation:
If cancelled by the client, the Booking Fee (50% of the total
amount) will be forfeited.
If cancelled within 7 days of
the planned assignment, the total amount for the
assignment will be payable as preparation time and costs will
already have been incurred and the date rendered unavailable for
other consulting business.
Should it be necessary for
Brian to cancel - which would be most unlikely - he will offer a
replacement speaker at no additional charge OR a complete
refund, which ever the client prefers. |

Payments may be made by
Cheque or by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). |
|
|
|
Accommodation where
necessary should be charged to the Client's Account or may be
paid by Brian and reimbursed by the client on presentation of
account. Please note that clients will be charged only for room,
meals and local calls - clients will not be charged for Long
Distance telephone calls or mini-bar items.
Air
Travel and Transfers may be
booked and paid by the client, with e-ticket available for
collection at the airport, or reimbursed by the client on
presentation of account. |

Our Guarantee We offer
all our clients a full refund if they are not totally satisfied
with the presentation. The success of your conference or event
is our top priority so we will work closely with you, to ensure
that you get positive results and value for money! |
